When did you realize that you don't fit into the employee mold and had to be a freelancer?
Did you have interview after interview and come to the conclusion that you don't fit the requirements of any employer? When did this epiphany happen and how did you decide to work for yourself?
Every time I get a new job - lol! Although I don't mind working in entry level retail jobs. I'm good at them, I can do them on autopilot and it leaves my mind free to brainstorm ideas for when I get home and write.
When I came to the reality that the "company" just want people with degrees to come up with ideas to make them richer. Why not just work for myself and maybe help a few others along the way? I am much happier working for myself.
