What is going on with Amazon?
It appears Amazon is starting to open retails stores in malls. Does this make sense to anyone? They took business away from the box stores, Some of them go out of business and now Amazon is opening stores... Huh

I think this is pretty cool. Big box stores need to change and adapt to the current times. Shopping does not work like it used to.
The joke goes that big box stores are simply show rooms for Amazon. It's so true. If I see a book at Barnes and Noble that I like I'll save it in my Amazon wishlist for later and buy it when I have enough stuff to qualify for free shipping. It's so much cheaper.
I work for walmart and they are working hard to catch up to Amazon. Their Site to Store option usually works pretty smoothly.
Thanks for the info, that's good to know. If Amazon can do it, why can't other's that already have physical stores?

Where do you go to get boxes when you move?I've had some success at book stores, and, of course, you can always buy them. Anybody here know some low cost (or free) places to get boxes?

I love that you don't have to pay full price for anything! Simply do a search on an item or a retailer and you can find coupons to either print or use a discount code during your transaction. You can sign up for daily deals and get email notifications to purchase a great deal.

Do brick and mortar shops have an unbalanced advantage over online stores? Now that Amazon has to charge sales tax for California purchases, do you feel brick and mortar shops have an unbalanced advantage over Amazon? Brick and mortar shops have been charging taxes all along, however, since the...
