What do you trust most about your intuition in knowing someone is harming you behind your back?
Okay so that's a complicated sentence I realize. To explain a bit of what I'm going through; I am experiencing injustice in almost every area in my life. Some has gotten better, but it's been 4 years of total stress and can't be sure who but someone wants to see me fail. Since I am doubting myself due to never ending harassment, I question the very basic indications that show reason and culpability of he suspect. I think I'm asking the impossible question but anyone want to try and explain how they know for certain they are being messed with
Is there a pattern over the last 4 years?
When you think who it maybe, what is your first thought? Work with that and watch.
This person could be a literal psychic and "reading" you so they are ahead of you and can act to undermine you.
Log everything no matter how small. Make particular note when things "just dont add up".
You will have to go higher than Supervisor or Manager.
And, trust that feeling to encourage yourself to persevere. You can try going up the chain of command but I think, you need to move horizontally in the chain of command in order to attempt to call this person to account. Do you need an AVO (apprehended violence order) also?

If its your superior? The bullying will be systemic and HR will not be on your side. Yes look into employment laws and either a union member or a lawyer. Or, leave your job. But its NOT YOUR FAULT. Im sorry. (Your bully could be a psychopath too).
Very good article. Also, Three Keys is right. HR will not always help in any significant manner. Some places tolerate bullying, which is clearly wrong. Continue to pray for clarity and for allies who will help you. I will pray for you as well.
Familiarize yourself with the Rules of Conduct for your workplace. Write down each harassment scenario. Look into employment law through your local Labor Department. KNOW your rights, and then take them to HR if that is recommended. If needed, contact a lawyer. If you believe in a Higher Power, call upon it for protection and insight every single day.
I know that it is truly horrible to be undermined. Some people suck, big time, but you are not the one who should have to pay for their lack of basic decency.
If you feel something is wrong and if you are experiencing stress, your intuition is talking to you.
