    Who do you turn too when HR won't help?

    I am not a lawyer, but I do believe there is a thing called slander.  I think you could have a case if you can actually provide solid evidence of this.

      Review the company's policy on harassment, and also the Civil Rights Act. It's all there. Then get a good lawyer.
