I was at walmart a few weeks ago and I was stopped after exiting.
The building by a walmart associate stating that I had to come back inside the store because I didn t pay for the items, I was in shock! I told her but I did pay for them, she asked to go back inside with her and go back to the cashier, which I did, and I showed the cashier my receipt for the gallon of motor oil a filter and a key 3 items total, Can I sue walmart for a bad stop and the embarrassment?, I also felt the cashier was being racist with her bad attitude and profiling me.
It might be a very expensive process if you sue and this goes to court because of extensive lawyer fees. However, if you can find a lawyer that will help settle out of court, you may get less money but your legal fees are a lot lower as well. Maybe if you can find other victims who have been treated in the same way as you were, that may help your case.
You can also call and complain to the manager and maybe get the cashier fired.

Have you ever tried to sneak extra items through an express lane in a store?

If the grocery cashier missed an item at the checkout line, would you say anything? If you are standing there and watch the cashier put a food item in the bag without ringing it up, would you say anything or just let it go? This has happened to me recently and I just let it go. Any thoughts?

Hello Everyone. I have a question that I'm hoping some of you with experience can help me with. Two weeks ago I built this new profile to cover a niche topic that I know quite a lot about and go along with my budding YouTube Channel. I'm trying to create quality hubs focusing on 1300+ word articles...

I'm taking Tampa Bay straight up to win on the field. The Saints have been showing up late for the past four weeks and they have the big game against the Patriots next week. I think they are gonna take their eye off the prize and the Bucs are gonna pull off the shocker.
