Have you tried Reddit?
Just wondered if Reddit is a good way to generate traffic. Would love to read about people's experiences. Also, any advice.
Go ahead. You will be banned from posting after a while though. A short while. They seriously frown upon self promotion on Reddit.
Agree with Wesman Todd Shaw but if your post looks natural, they wont take any action. So while posting link, just keep in mind that you need to make the post look natural.

I'm a moderator of at the hubhub on Reddit and we've been trying to pick the subreddit back up again. It'll be super beneficial for gaining views and stuff but also for reading hubs that you otherwise usually wouldn't....
