There is no doubt that, after the increment of salary pay scale in 2015 by the current government, the urge towards government job has significantly increased. A large portion of youth now has an ambition to join public service both for money and power. But on the other hand, number of start-ups has also increased as people have becoming creative and want to solve problems thus making this as a startup.
Having kept in mind, the socio economic state is quite responsible for large number of youths participating in BPSC exams. We haven’t been able to form a culture where a youth will do things that he desires rather than what others think of him to be. As, most of the people of our country lives below the poverty line, so participating and hustling for a government job is the only option they have. They just cannot start a business or do something creative as his economic status doesn’t allow him to do this. There are around eight to ten thousands nine grade jobs open every year for youths. Whereas there around more than one lac students graduate every year. So, it is obvious that it’s not easy to get a government job just after getting out of university. So, for this, one who wishes to get a government job needs to wait for several years to beat the other competitors and get a sit for himself. Many times, even after one huddles for it, he may end up by not getting any government job due to too much tough competition.
Any start up in our country is mocked and discourage as people has a tendency to d government jobs or to go for a company. So, starting a startup is difficult not only for competency for also for social recognitions. Startups need be evaluated and thing how can this solve someone’s problems and make it as successful. Without a proper thinking it and market research no one should jump to it just by seeing others who become successful.
Having kept all the scenarios, one’s the social economic status and his dedication towards lerning he should take a decision. He or she should not follow others, rather than depending upon his skills and intuition. We need skillful people in the government but also we need good start ups like Pathao and Shop up for the betterment of the country.

It is a question that baffles me.You would think people who became a huge success in our capitalism system would embrace it and try to promote it. Yet, again and again, we see these folks adopt a liberal and progressive stance. They want big government programs to level the playing field...People...

What was my title? I thought about it and decided that Paul Krugman was the real point of this forum. I do know something about economics, politics and Paul Krugman. I know very little about the products of Summer's Eve. Krugman is a partisan, a warrior for one side and no...
