Here is an interesting, well-presented and thoughtfully written article by Ravi Rajan on Job Hoppers - https://discover.hubpages.com/business/ … -employees
This article provides factual insight on the pros and cons of job hopping and hiring job hoppers. In the present scenario of transience in working atmospheres, job hopping sometimes becomes inevitable for many an employee. One has to be careful about changing jobs, ensuring that the learning and skillset curves keep moving upwards and one doesn't get into the traps of administrative mind-gamers.
    Thanks for sharing, Ravi.

Wow!  It's good to know that job hopping is no longer frowned upon, but instead shows a person who indeed knows what he wants to achieve in the job force.

Certainly one doesn't want to do this too often...but if he gas the determination it will suit him well.

    Great write.

A great article with good research, Ravi! Nice! I liked it much not regarding myself, yet thinking of my nephews and nieces and the work world before them while building both a career and a life.

Job Hopping I think can be a prudent strategy toward a goal of being in an upper management position of a particular field or maybe, better yet, a business owner. In my mind being a job hopper will always have value. Opportunity in my view may be integral to that strategy as being successful.

BTW . . . isn't that what we authors do here at HP by writing on different topics?

Well Tim we can call ourselves "Topic hoppers" .We write on different topics, sometimes to showcase our knowledge and times only for hoping we might hit the jackpot of viral traffic  and becomes "millionaires "

Thanks Tim for sharing your great insights.
