I wouldn't even recommend black hat SEO.
      It's not worth it.

Hey it looks like you might have made the recommendation but don't know what to do next hmm

Or you are looking for a sucker online that you can blame when your 'client' or your site gets penalized for the exercise! sad

Where are your Ethics Man? hmm

You can do that with RSS feeds.
You don't have to do it though, you can have sites do it for you - Like friendfeed.

Pinging is very important for blogs. Wordpress and other will automatically do that every time you post an article if you provide a list and turn the feature on.

Because of this, Google usually finds a new post on my blogs withing a couple minutes.

Only people that profit from Black Hat SEO are people who buy a domain, put some affiliate ads/article on the site SEO it to death (literally) and drop the domain when it gets blacklisted by the search engines.

If your client has a site he wants to keep going, this is an extremely poor idea. And if you have a legitimate business in SEO, you don't want to get that reputation.

Point him to one of the many Black Hat forums online and let him do his own dirty work.

I don't agree with you to use Black Hat SEO .It is an unethical method in business and also many SEO companies resorting to Black Hat SEO to drive traffic to their site.
