SEOBOOK offers some great free tips and excellent tools that you can use to both learn and expand your SEO Knowledge.
Seo Dev offers some great information and a really good targeted keyword tool called "niche market finder". Social backlinks with a variety of anchor text and backlinks with the same form very good quality relevant and theme oriented sites.
"Traffic launch pad" is also a free tool for backlinks and feeds. Try to get feeds up and use different anchor tExt where possible. Update each article or post as needed to keep them fresh.
