I found an article that I wrote plagiarized at another site. What do I do?

I noticed one of my articles I had written more than a year ago had a huge increase in traffic. I wondered if someone might have been plucking sections out for their own use, so I entered a distinctive phrase in quotes into Google and found an almost completely plagiarized copy of my article. Worse, there is no contact or "about" information. I don't know what to do.

Agreed. Another possibility is to file a DMCA complaint with Google, which may then remove the offending site from AdSense and search results.
