Is there somewhere on Hubpages you can share and promote your Hub?

I noticed that it's restricted on many parts of Hubpages to promote your own Hubs. But is there somewhere on Hubpages where it's allowed?

Thanks for any answer, I have a hub I would like to promote on hubpages, but I don't want to break any rules on the site.

You can paste links to your hubs in your news feeds. These links will come up in the news feeds of people who are following you and in the news feeds of people whom you follow. Posting links in your news feeds will let people know that your hubs are available to read. Good luck. From Safiq Ali Patel.

The traffic that you want to your hubs is external; internal hubber traffic is only relevant if the hubbers viewing your hubs send them out on Twitter or Facebook in order to help their friends find them. Hubbers are unlikely to click on your links or buy through your Amazon sales. Your best bet for getting attention to your hubs is to have a Twitter account and a Facebook fan page where you post your writings to attract others to view them.

Your followers, as well, will see your hubs in their feed.

Everyday Miracles is right.  You really want to generate traffic from outside HubPages if you want to see some high numbers.  That being said there are a few ways to promote from within.

*Status Updates allow you to post link but letters are limited and it only goes to people who follow you.
*Link hubs that are related with both the "group" toolbar feature and also creating links within the article.
*Comment on other people's Hubs/Questions but DO NOT put links to your articles in the comment section. You can mention them if they are relevant but I find when people put links it is more self promotion than a serious comment. (Questions can have links if it directly answers what is being asked)
*Ask questions yourself.  I find that asking questions gets more people to my hubs who might not normally follow my subjects.

HubPages is about writing and community. They do a good job of discouraging people form straight out self promoting within their site.  Be an active member and people will read, follow, and comment on your work.

You can also create a hub in response to a question instead of answering it in the limited space allowed for answers! (:
