Is anyone earning steady money via the Amazon cell on HubPages?

If you are, would you be willing to write a short, reader-friendly response as to how you're making it work? I have earned zilch from the Amazon cell while earning a few dollars from the eBay cell. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to respond.

I haven't made anything from Amazon either but  the Ebay cell is also producing for me. I am very interested in the answer! Thanks for asking it!

Hopefully, someone experienced in receiving successful results with both cells will provide a testimonial. Thanks for participating in this question and answer forum, Mommymay!

    Hey, yo!

I've made a total of about ten bucks from the Amazon capsule, and about as much from eBay. I don't usually pimp big ticket stuff, though, it's almost always closely related to the Hubs I'm writing - usually DVDs or music.

Thank you for your answer, Georgie! Several people are curious about both cells, actually. And it's always nice to know that it's working well for some.

Just a bit to make me smile from amazon. Not so lucky with ebay--why is that?

Good question. Perhaps it's because your book review niche falls nicely into place with Amazon's dominance in the book market. Still, in time, eBay can help with your other topics--for example, try the cell with your welcome mat hub, using key words.

ah, and the welcome mat hub is one of those sleepers. I will surely investigate and get it working with ebay better, I hope.
      Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for asking the question.  I'm not signed up with eBay, but haven't gotten anything from Amazon either.  Looking forward to hearing how others are doing.  Aloha, Stephanie

Hi, Stephanie! Thank you for contributing to this question and answer forum. I heartily encourage you to try the eBay cell out. It can take time, but once you establish yourself--in regards to how the cell functions, that is--it will add to earnings.

I have made about $90 total in more than a year from amazon (is that what you mean? Those are my amazon affiliates earnings and I always add amazon capsules to my hubs.) Most of that money came from a few people buying a Bob stroller and the rest added up from smaller purchases from my two year old party favors hub. Those also happen to be my top two view getters. I have had no luck with ebay but should try it more. I also still haven't reached a payout from hubpages earning program sad

Thank you, twoseven. If I may, I'd like you to clarify something. Were these earnings from your amazon cells on your hubs,or were they earnings as an amazon affiliate independent of HubPages--e.g., as in a blog? Thank you for any clarification.
