You can use the links capsule, which you can find alongside the other content capsules in the right-hand side when you're editing your hubs. When you click the links capsule, you can add links either by URL or by search. If you're adding links by URL, just paste your link on the textbox provided then click the Add Link. You will then see the link URL, which you can test by clicking the Test Link button. You will also see textboxes for the Link Title and Link Description, which you can edit.
If you use the search button to look for a link, just type in a keyword in the textbox and you'll be provided with a list of hubs (yours and other people's) that match the keyword you entered. You can then add the link to these hubs.
Alternatively, you can also make use of the Hub Group, which can be found on the right-hand side when you're editing your hubs. This is below the content capsules. You can make Hub Groups to group your related hubs together. You'll see these links above the Discover More Hubs when your hub is in preview mode or published mode. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the detailed answer. I'll be sure to check out all the options;
By the way, do you know how many links you are allowed to make?
I think you can have many links to other people's hubs as long as it's related to your hub. You should also avoid being overly promotional by only having 2 links to any 1 domain. Check out the learning center guide on this for more details and info.
When you're in edit mode, in the text capsule highlight text that you want to make a link; at the top of text capsule is an icon that looks like a chain link; click on it and a box comes up where you can put the url you want link to; or you can search your hub in that box and it comes up, you click on it and it puts the link into that highlighted text.

I know it's been asked before. I've even asked it before. But is there a better and easier way to bring in links to a link capsule from another hub. It'd make linking series so much easier. I spent about 2 hours yesterday linking an old series that I have together. It included about 20 or so hubs...

My most recently snipped hub is about a specific product that is not readily available in stores. It used to have an amazon capsule, but that was deleted courtesy of HubPro a while back. Made no sense to me at the time because I've had multiple sales through amazon for that product, but I didn't...
