Does Title Change= Link Change?

    Does Title Change= Link Change?

    So, I want to change the titles of my hubs to include the subtitles. Don't know why I didn't do that in the first place, but oh well. But I have links to my hubs in other hubs and on my blog. Since the url is created when you create the title, will changing the title change the url? Will I have to recreate the links? Thank you!
