Four months ago, I would have said yes. Today ... the answer is no.
If you start over you start at 0 and 4 is better than 0 for a hub author score. Of course, that has little to do with what I am about to say. The important thing is that you have had hubs on the web for a few months and they have pained some ranking over time. These pages are lost if you start over, which removes any benefit you could get from writing anything related.
You see, if you are grouping your articles then grouping them with an older hub has a definite benefit, as some of the ranking built into that old hub rubs off onto the new one. As such, don;t start over ... start writing again. :)
