Help! My amazon status says 'SET' instead of active.. and has done so for 15 months (I wisely...

just realized...) Seeing as all my 45 hubs have amazon ads, I guess I have missed out on quite a lot of sales/clicks (not a single click has been registered from HP even though I have over 9.5k reads), seeing as I have actually earned money through adsense (which is ACTIVE).. doh! How do I get it to say ACTIVE?

Please help a fellow hubber in need.

    Lovably unknowingly yours,
    Alexander

Hi - I am sorry to hear that you have not made any Amazon sales, but 'SET' is what it is supposed to say.
If you go to your amazon account (from the link beside it which says 'check your Amazon earnings') and log into your amazon account, you will be able to see the reports section on the right hand side - you will be able to interrogate this and check whether you have had any clicks). If you have not had a single one, it would be worth contacting amazon through their support email just to check that you have everything set up correctly but definitely, 'SET' is what it is meant to say.
If it is any consolation, I took me ages to make my first sale and then, only after checking out how other hubbers were doing it (check out some hubs by spaceygracey and take a look at the way she presents amazon products).

@Alison Graham: Thanks for your answer. Yeah, I might just do that, thanks. It is quite weird, since I have had clicks/sales for other webpages where I have amazon ads... but not a single one through hubpages. Peculiar. smile

Mine says the same thing, and for that reason I'm not running amazon ads on every hub anymore.
