Hey guys, maybe you can help me out. I am trying to get a Google Adsense account approved with all my might... I plan on using it for YouTube and Hubpages. After doing a little research, i have found that a recommended amount of hubs for Adsense approval is 10. The wierd thing is, I have 13 completely original hubs and am still disapproved for insifficient content. What's going on?! I really need to get this approval. I mean, i know thaf certain countries require a certain amount of time having had the hubpages account, such as 6 months for a few asian coubtries, but I am in the U.S. I just made this account yesyerday. I doubt it, but could that be affecting anything?

I had the same problem to, but like Teresa said just add more sentences and paragraphs. Then you should be good

How did you write 13 hubs in 22 hours?

I am used to writing so I just sat down and took some time to make a few hubs. However, a few of them are pieces which I wrote in the recent past, but decided to type up and publish just to share with you guys.

I looked a few of your hubs and, honestly they are far too short.  Write more detailed articles and break them up into more capsules.  Read the Learning Center articles for help.  I got my adsense approved with about 6-8 hubs. Hope that helps.

Oh I see your articles are way to short.  Teresa Higgins is absolutely right.  The poem probably won't even be seen by Google so count it out unless you write some content leading up to it with keywords.  Read the learning center.  It will save you a lot of head aches.
Go to top of page where you see your name click on your name then learning center.

To give you an example of adding to a poem, you can read my most recent hub (link on profile page). There you will see the poem at the top, then some additional paragraphs that relate to the poem giving some insight from my perspective.  You may also note that these additional paragraphs are not in the top text capsule, but a separate text capsule that I used for that so that I would get an additional option for yet another sub-title and such.  Adding some paragraphs to a poem will help you with Google as well as on HP.  With Google it will enhance your keywords and such.

Again, welcome to HubPages and good luck!
