While this information might have been published before somewhere, can anyone tell me how HP comes up with article ratings and hubber scores? Also, if you know the answer to how HP figures out daily pay for hit it would be wonderful. There have several days when my hit have been great and what I got paid was very disappointing. I thought it was figured by page view alone or is it clicks on ads?
Scores are meaningless - they are just there to stop spammers. They don't bring traffic or money.
Daily CPM is, I think, calculated on clicks, views, couubtry of view and advertiser payment rates, among other variables, in the HP ad program.
Adsense is based on clicks and advertiser payment.

The last couple of Adsense clicks I've had have been worth 1p (about 1.5 cents). I didn't realise it was possible for clicks to be that small in value! Can anyone shed any light? (These are actual clicks and not just impressions). Off to bed now so won't be able to check...

As I understand it you earn per click for contextual adds, with the value of each click being dependent on how much the advertiser is prepared to pay.Placement adds pay out per 1000 impressions. Why is it that I didn't get any earnings from 3 contextual add clicks on one day, yet I got 33 pence for...

I have been wondering around this site trying to find information about the earnings page. Where do I go to find out about the abbreviations used in the reports?
