I came to hub so that I could write on a variety of topics and submitted two hubs for publication, but neither has been published. Can you let me know when my hubs will be published? Recently I began writing a hub on the weekly topic, and was hoping I would have feedback from the other hubs to improve this one. The structure of the two hubs I submitted is a little different, and I wanted to know how people feel about them, are they easy to read, informative, etc. How long can I expect this process to take? Where can I get regular feedback? Did I miss a step? Thanks.
I have been thru this forum, there are no notifications, my hubs are in compliance with hubpages, the hubs scores are 58, and 54, and according to my account I meet all the qualifications for publication, but my hubs haven't been published. Could someone explain what the process is?
Thanks,
When you go to http://hubpages.com/my/hubs/stats do you see your hubs and what color is the title in?
My hubs are green, does that mean anything?
If you look at the color key at the bottom of your hub dashboard, you will see that green means "submitted for publication." Seeing that instead of your Hubs going live right away means that your account is on probation and after any edits or new submissions, the Hubs will have to be checked by humans before your content goes live before the wider web audience.
Oh ok, thank you, I am new here. Do you know how long probation is for? Will I be given feedback on my hubs from the people that look at them?
Are these the first hubs you have published or have there beens some issues in the past? If there have been issues probation will last until Hubstaff see and approve a few good hubs. No specific period.
Since I am just starting out, it is ok with me for someone to look at my stuff. I mean that is what we want, when publish stuff. Of course, I would have liked to receive an email or note in the notification box. Thanks you forum for giving me this information.
Hope you get it sorted.Perhaps you could contact HubPages and ask them directly for their reasons for this.It might prompt them to look at them and you should get a straight answer.I have found the staff helpful and prompt in replying.Hope this helps
Hi Kate,
I actually sent a couple of emails to team@hubpages.com and haven't received a response yet. What email address do you have?
You will need to be patient and wait for a reply. You have the right email address but how long it takes to answer depends on where in the queue your email is. They get to it when they get to it.
thanks relache, I bet they have a lot of emails
First hubs are not normally moderated. i agree that you need to ask Hubstaff what the issue is.
ok, hopefully, they will answer one of my emails soon, and I can ask about it.
They published one of my hubs, I am so excited. All my pictures came out so vivid.

I have just published a hub as always but today instead of saying it's been published;it says that it has been submitted and will be published as soon as someone has reviewed it. Is this a new feature or not ??Eddy.

Whether the author on HubPages can use images and content elsewhere?

simple question do you consider given no editor approvals an a green button that says publish now qualifies any hub to be publishing?Don't freak out on me it's a legitimate question.Truthfully I waver back and forth in my thoughts on this.Thank you

Hi, obviously I am nowhere near becoming published for anything, I lack the skills, content and direction. But I figured it might be worth getting a heads up. If anyone knows anything about publishing or has been published and has some advice, then it's much appreciated, as always

I hope I am not asking a silly question. Is it possible to carry on editing a hubpage even after publication?
