Best way to work with Hubbers - Carbon Offsetting :)

I want to work with Hubbers to I thought I would ask on the forum the best way to work with all of you.
We are just in the process of launching our company the Carbon Advice Group.
I created a video and posted for advice on how to marketing it in the wrong form and so do not want to make lots of mistakes here so i thought I would ask your advice.
The basic's
We have built a website carbonadvicegroup.com where you can buy carbon offsets.
BUT you can also have your own site by sign up online to the partner scheme have your own landing page with your logo / photo.
The ethos is that you can make money, you get 15% of the proffit, and do good for the environment. (Yes we are a for profit company, I want to be upfrount about that.).
So my question is what is the best way to get Hubbers interested?
I thought of a competition for the best hub, the highest ranking hub in google?
What would make you guys and girls interested in working to make hubs and setup microsites?

Clicking on other hubbers google ads.......
Something just occured to me, not only are we writers here but we are ALSO CONSUMERS. I see nothing wrong with clicking on a fellow hubbers google ad if it's something we are interested in. I am getting the feeling that some people are afraid to do this for fear of reprisal for being click happy...
