Amazon affiliate program

    Why aren't NC residents allowed to participate in the Amazon affiliate program? Is there any way around it? Or is there any other programs that I can participate in its stead?

      because NC has declared that you being an affiliate means that Amazon has a physical presence in that state and must collect NC sales tax to turn over to the state.  Amazon has declined to do that, so no NC affiliates are accepted.

      You can join eBay through HP: on your stats page, click "earnings" and then "configure" next to ebay.

    You can also write at Squidoo and use their Amazon Capsules.

    Unfortunately it isn't just Amazon that won't allow you into their affiliate programs. If you Write at Wizzley, you can join their Viglink program. If you have your own sites you might want to consider Skimlinks.
