If I delete a hub I created about 10 days ago, can I use the same URL and Headline again without getting rejected because of duplicate URL or Headline?
My suggestion would be to just remove the text capsule and rewrite under the same URL/Headline, since you're just rewriting the hub.
Also, your hub is pretty much spam.
Perhaps, the question I should have asked is... how can I change the Username of the hub ?
After all, I want to retain the contents of the hub including the URL, Headline and everything.
What I don't understand in your response is your comment..."Also, your hub is pretty much spam" Have you seen the hub, and what makes it a spam?
I'm eagerly awaiting your response.
