Closed due to lack of response and my attitude.

I would  have sworn that I responded to and gave the full tweet/FB treatment to at least 2 folks. Paradigmsearch is confused, not the first time.

You made me smile...and that is a hard thing to do right now because I am setting at the DBack's and Cubs game and the Cubbies are behind...hence I am hub bing!

LOL--something intelligent... talk about  an, 'in the eye of the beholder'   scenario!  Tough challenge, there.  And I certainly don't expect this particular post comment to count as terribly intelligent.  But then, I see you've closed it, so it doesn't matter; the question has become academic.

    An offer was made.

There is a reasonable time clause for that offer.

    The offer was accepted.

The conditions for the offer were met.

The offer cannot be rescinded without a reasonable time clause.

Therefore your offer is still valid.

If an addendum with a specified and reasonable time clause is announced, then that addendum begins at that moment of announcement or a subsequent and/or declared time in the future.

Case Citation: Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Company, the revocation must take a form that is similar to the offer. However, an offer may not be revoked if it has been encapsulated in an option.

    You owe me. (smile)

More than 'likely' paradigmsearch will say that is the null set before raising it to the power of 2 or nothing = nothing. Yet with analytical geometry many times that formula is viewed as the sine or cosine raised to the power of 2 whereby the answer is 1. I think i was still in there before that prescribed time allotment.

Then again, we may presume infinity before raising by the power or 2 and we discover infinity.

Another presumption could be the theory of reciprocity and existence. A discussion can be found here at  Theory of Reciprocity  A Metaphysical Thesis by Jack McNally tying into the null set being raised to the power of 2. Then the discovery of 'nothing' occurs along with time, space, and the finite. The oddity is seeking entropy which can be compared/contrasted to death is the 'need' of a finite definition. In other words you can define the distance between two point up to the point, then you have to define the point. That leads to black holes and stuff like string theory, M-theory and on and on. The question many argue today is not the that infinity exists, yet more so what is existence in infinity and vice versa. Some say you cannot define the point. since the point cannot be found.

I like this definition best most of the time. It definitely defines the line. It defines the beginning. It defines the finish line too. The Choice

I don't think it was a particular post. I think it was all of his posts; he posted a total of 12, in the same topic, back-to-back in the span of 30 minutes. Probably counts as spam, although I don't understand why this topic didn't just get closed at that point.

at Hollie....i don't know why and i'm not sure that PS knows either.

at Kathleen...i don't think that PS should have been banned even if he posted many times...a message to him should have sufficed....he has been a very loyal hubpages member...

i am quite surprised that he has been banned...of all people on here!...oh well...c'est la vie......

I am inclined to think that a banning system for spamming (posting multiple times in a row, in the same thread, that is) is an automatic thing that would detect. That the thread wasn't closed, or commented on by moderators, leads me to believe it was part of a programmed system.

it would be good to know if there is such a thing....from my experience here...users of the site do the reporting and from there I assume HP staff determine whether or not a ban is justified and/or then an automatic system could kick in  ...otherwise the real spam would be detected automatically and it is not....i could be wrong, but i doubt it...as well I'm certain Para. has asked HP why? and as far as i know, he's had no response...i could be wrong...but i doubt it........
