I edited a hub, then pressed done editing. It keeps saying loading but won't continue. I've minimised that page for now, cleared cookies and history, but can't get further. If I close the page will the hub disappear? Any advice welcomed.
To be sure copy-paste all you're text into word so you have a back-up.
Case I think you have to start over again.
Maybe also can try refresh you're browser or the back button on you're browser.
Thanks, I've printed the hub, will try copy-paste as well. I only wanted to change one word and the darned thing's been stuck for ages.
I did refresh several times. It's just worked now, thank goodness, I appreciate your help. It's a reminder to keep backups of the work.
innerspin...Been there done that..I got so frustrated that after two weeks I deleted it ..bad thing was I had to change the title etc..as Hub kept saying thet title has already been published..but it was mine and it hadn't been...there have been several qliches I have encountered of late...so I would just redo..as the frustration will eat you up....hope you work it out whatever you choose to do....I'll be looking forward to reading your hub....
Thanks for replying, it did work out after about an hour. I was changing one flippin' word in an older hub that had caught my eye. Sorry to hear you had so much frustration. I've had the title thing happen before now, it's annoying when you think you have a good title. Funny really, when I was a kid we didn't have school computers. Now, we expect everything to run like clockwork, and can get uppity if things don't work right away. How times change!

As I plow through the lenses to become hubs, two of them I edited do not show the change date of the edit although the updates are visible. Since I am using the date to keep track of the edited lenses, I keep re-editing them but the original date never changes. Is this an issue on HubPages or a...

My internet speed is normal at the moment, and I'm not having trouble loading any hubs or other pages in my CP at all. But when I click "edit" it's taking a really, really long to time to work, and sometimes its actually not working at all and I can't get the editor to open properly......

I tried to change the title of my new hub form "Keywords" to "Keyword". But after doing it, when I pressed "Done Editing", I find it's not working. I tried several times several ways. Lastly left alone and I published with unchanged way. I don't know whether it's my...

I've been here long enough to realize that hub scores can be low for good hubs and high for those so-so hubs. I also know that hub scores are based on more than content so traffic and reader comments and other things alter the score. For the most part, I don't concern myself with the score as long...

Fellow Squid refugees, as many of us come to the end of our first full month on HubPages, I'm wondering how those edits are coming. What's been your process for slogging through the old lenses, to turn them into shiny new hubs?

Apologies - I had this in the Squidoo community forum area, but it should have been here.I have spent the last few days editing my Lenses that transferred over to HubPages, without any real difficulties. This morning, when I logged into my account, and began to work on one of my Hubs, I got error...
