When we go to our profile page and choose which hubs we wish to feature there, we can choose from a list of our hubs. I do not write many product hubs, I have about 5, but they maintain scores in the high 80's. For some reason, none of them are in the list, so I cannot feature them. Since they are my only product hubs, I would feature them now, in the Christmas season, but am unable to, as they are not in the list of hubs I can choose. Amazon has been useless to me anyway, so it's not a huge loss. But it still doesn't seem right that those are blocked from being featured hubs on my profile when they are "Featured" as far as my account page shows. Any advice?
It could be related to images, or quality assessments, or a number of other factors. Can you provide specific Hubs about which you are inquiring?
I have Lovely Coach Purses, Vera Bradley Handbags and Accessories, Olay Regenerist Superior Skin Products, and Safe Water Bottle Choices, all which you do not have listed so I can "Feature" them on my profile page. I also have one Fiestaware by Homer Laughlin China, and it has been discussed by people who love Fiestaware as one of the best articles and histories of the company they have ever read. That one does appear on the list at times. There isn't anything wrong with them linguistically, they are products I use myself, and they are not blatant 400 word attempts to sell something. I realize you won't show this in the forum, as it will be called "self promotion," so put it where someone who can help me will see it, that's fine. It's not fair, they are the only product hubs I have out of 118 and they are not listed on my profile hub list. I also write Astrology hubs. The Moonsigns and Famous people of the Sunsigns can be listed as Featured, but not the 12 Sunsigns. THE MOST IMPORTANT ONES. So I feel you have done much to hurt my account. I wrote them almost 2 yrs. ago, so if there were picture or other quality issues, I think I should have been told by now, I believe we should have the option to feature ANY of our pieces, since you went to the trouble to list some of them, why not all?
The image issue is not quality or moderation related, just that Hubs with no suitable images are not displayed in the featured area due to it being image oriented. If this is the case, then adding an image to be used to the Hub might remedy the situation.
It sounds like you might also be trying to display Hubs that are not featured.
You can change the default setting and allow the display of non-featured Hubs on your profile here:
