I have joined HP recently and images are inserted in the hubs. Some of the images are clickable to be pinned along with text and some images can not be pinned. In my pin rest account the logo image of the HP appears instead of images used in the hubs. It is with some of the images only. Have you experience such problem?
We also only offer images to be pinned over a certain size (see size below and in FAQ), so you might be able to upload a larger image.
From the FAQ:
"There needs to be at least one image (at least 200 pixels wide and at least 150 pixels tall) in a Hub for a 'Pin It' button to appear. The thumbnail from a (HubPages hosted) video counts as an image."
http://hubpages.com/faq/#pinitrequirements
Typically the first image of a sufficient size is what ends up being pinned through the pin-it button on a Hub.
If you would like to have more options for the pinned image, you might want to use a browser plugin or bookmarklet as many allow selection from multiple images in the content.
You might find one for Firefox here:

The only time I've seen that is if the image is too new. Either the hub is new or the image has recently been edited into the hub. Same thing for Facebook and G+, too.
It seems to take some time - a half day or a day - for those other sites to "see" a new image.
I am keeping the images under watch. But three hubs loaded simultaneously and one image is available in pin rest profile and other images are that HP logo. Thanks for sparing time. Let us see if the images appear after 2-3 days .See you after 5 days.
If you use Mozilla there is an addon that adds a pinterest link to right-click. Any image any time.
Likewise with Chrome, although the process is a little different. The point is that you can select images from the page to pin.

I'm pretty new at this, so I can really only gauge my hubs' performance against one another! This one is one of my earliest hubs, yet it has fewer views than ones that I've published just a few days ago.http://hubpages.com/hub/How-To-Choose-T … k-CookwareGranted, it's only been 3 weeks, but...

I seldom write product hubs, and only write them if I use and like the product. I have four hubs like this. They have never been in my list of possible hubs to put in the "Featured" spot on my profile page, although they all have over 85 scores. This makes it even more impossible than it...

Hi folks,As you know, when you're editing a hub, one of the areas that helps you reach the 'stellar' hub levels is the number of images that you include. You might be wondering why this is important - The main reason is because images *really* matter for SEO.As a comparison, here's my traffic from...

I believe Hubpages needs to let the writer know who is moderating their article. I believe we should have a right to know and we should have a link to them so we can fully understand what they want us to change. I get an article moderated and I make appropriate changes. However, my article is still...

Once you've researched, drafted, edited, proofed... and before you've published your hub, you should think about a few things you could do to do it justice and add some extra appeal to it.1) Photo or Illustration? I like at LEAST one image. That way when it comes up in the hub search results it has...
