Ok folks, I am totally computer illiterate. I have been all over the HP site and can not find the address on how to contact HP directly without going through a forum. I don't want to go through a forum I want to directly talk to a HP employee. Can anyone help me please?
firstname.lastname@example.org, I think. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
Hi Sarra, the address at "team" etc. really works, but in my experience I have received a more or less standard response the first time, then the second time round someone really answers my specific question, You just have to be patient!
I think I've also used the form that Simoine mentioned, if I remember, that's where I ended up with the "team" address.
Best of luck to you!
The form is the best way to contact us- things you enter into it go directly to the appropriate email account.
The Forums are also a great place to get fast feedback from staff, so you're posting in the right place!
Hi Simone: With the "H" on your avatar I would assume you are an employee of HP. Maybe you need to read my question as I don't want to go through a forum I need to directly speak with a HP employee. It took a writer to answer my question.
Hi Sarra -
I think Simone meant in her first line to use the contact form at
(within the FAQ link at the bottom of the page). The form also goes to team@hubpages and she mentioned that according to input, the form will go to the right person.
I don't know that phone calls ever happen, but emails certainly do, according to my experience..
Hope your questions are answered soon!

Recently I'm noticing new members who have no hubs, no activity where they read or comment on hubs, and only join to participate in self interest and/or bleeding heart questions in various forums. One of my articles is waiting to have an editor approve it. I re-worked it according to their recommendations, but I have not yet had anyone approve this and republish it.

I know this isn't a suggestion for a new feature, I'm suggesting the removal of one, but this seemed the best category for my post and the most likely location for it to be seen by a staff member. Can we all think back to January of 2011 when Hubpages traffic was decimated by the original Panda...

I am really not liking the front page of Hubpages these days. When I first click in to HP, I see a list of the five top questions and articles. It usually something about politics or beliefs. First of all, is that what the public sees when arriving to HP? Right now it is, "Trump Supporters:...

I have tested HubPages ads and saw that it lowered my Google AdSense CTR by a LOT. That said, obviously I started making money with the HubPages ads. Since, in the past, AdSense was my breadwinner across my hubs and personal blogs, I just decided to go with that, so I removed my hub ads. I may...
