This hub isn't published yet however the URL is above.
I seem to be having trouble justifying the text in the first column of the table capsule
I entered. I'm trying to justify all the text in the column to the left through the centre
drop down box but it doesn't seem to be happening.
Thanks in advance.
We have no way of looking at your Hub, but perhaps this Learning Center guide will help?
There are a limited number of formatting options available for the table capsule. Can you provide the title of the Hub about which you are asking and a screenshot of the formatting in question?
Once we have this info we should be able to help you further.
You can find instructions for taking a screenshot and other troubleshooting steps here:
Thanks for taking the time to look at this for me.
Things get pretty busy for me at the weekend so I'm a little late in responding.
I ask the question without publishing the hub, which apparently was my first mistake.
However it's now published but maybe still pending.
I'm trying to aline the text in the first column to the left.
As you can see by the screen shot the first three rows in the first column are alined to the right and the 5th row is in the centre. I've worked with spreadsheets quite a lot so fairly well up with the functions;
but just not happening.

When you are editing the Table capsule in your Hub you should see options for text alignment.
1. Click the column header for the text you want to align.
2. Select "left justify text in column" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the update button.
I made the changes to your table while I took the screenshot.
Your are, the man!
Wasn't hitting the update button.
Simple, ya me not it.
And you did it for me as well.
Thank you again for your time.

I recently filled in a survey on how to improve HubPages but forgot to mention a very important design issue which has been bothering me for a long time. When a text capsule is very long, I like to turn it into 2 adjacent capsules so it works like 2 columns. Easier to read, right? But every time I...

I'm wondering if the HubPages Team are aware that earnings data on Amazon sales exported to a csv file is much less useful than it could be because the $ notation is a prefix to each amount rather than topping the column. That means it's impossible to sum the data using a formula. In other words the...

Hello, everyone.I just went to edit a hub and noticed that there was an ad that covers the text in my hub. I have attached a screenshot of the hub. This is not good. People who cannot read the text will probably leave the page right away. I just thought I would report it and see if...

Hi, I am new to creating hubs. With the capsules, I can get two colums of text. I can also get a column of text to the leftand a picture on the right-hand column. But I have not found a way to get the picture on the Left-hand column and text on the right. Is there some rational to this ?
