    I created my hubpages profile about three days ago.And i wanted to set my profile and upload picture but things just didn't work out.May be because i'm using small phone i dont know.

      Hey babatundemohammed- it might be a lot easier to use a normal web broswer for some of those more advanced account things, plus HubPages wasn't really designed for Hub creation via mobile interfaces, so access to a web browser is key.
      That said, welcome to the HubPages community! We're really glad to have you with us!
