I havent hubbed in a while and it will not allow me to change or verify through webmaster tools....I need step by step so that i can start "hubbing" again...thanks for the help...
Hey scorp2002- it sounds as though the issue isn't that you can't start a Hub, but rather that you are unable to verify through Google Webmaster tools.

Can you be a little more specific what you mean by "change or verify with webmaster tools" ?
Do you mean it won't let you edit a hub?

Bing did a killer update to their webmaster tools. I really like the keyword tool.
