Could someone enlighten me on whether we need to do link corrective action? Heard no affiliate ads end of article, no links end of article to sites giving reader more info on topic(forum post PE). I found a long hub on May Penguin. What do we need to do to improve?

After sitting on this for a few days it's looking to me that some HP writers just took another major hit with this newest "Penguin" update from Google.My page views after subdomains were about 5,000 a day. Then they sank to 2,500. Now today they are at a dismal 500 views - the slide...

Any ideas why my traffic dropped 20% since the April Penguin update?I have not been able to deduce the reason for this drop, especially since that Google update was aimed at 'black hat' SEO practices. Looking for suggestions from those more knowledgeable than I. Thanks!
