You can't. You can delete your Hub and start a new account, that's probably the easiest option.
I know you can change your hub titles anytime but you can't change the html. I've wanted to change my html too, but have decided to keep them as long as my hubs are on the same subject matter.
Is there a waiting period between republishing hubs which were previously published if you move to another account? Is there a possibility your republished hubs may be tagged as duplicates or some other violation? Just wondering...
Don't you mean you 'can't change the url' as opposed to the html? (we can't use html on Hubpages).

I have a hub that currently gets an amount of Google views per day I'm not allowed to specify, but which is certainly much more than most of my hubs that have already been moved were getting on Hubpages proper. Unfortunately, I think that there may not be a place for it on a HubPages network site...
