It's good to have people to help when you need it.
shearing what you learn can make a big diffents in people lives.......
That's very true, and you'll find we have an excellent community here. There's a group of "hard core" hubbers who will help if you need it.
Or make you laugh, weather you need it or not!
And welcome to Hubpages, I hope you enjoy your time here.
I've been a member for almost two months now. I cannot BEGIN to tell you how helpful the forums have been to me! Any question I have has been answered. No question is too stupid. My advice is to pick one area to focus on at a time. For example, spend one week learning all you can about rss feeds. Then, when you think you get it, move on to another topic, like learning about doing pings. I promise it will get easier, but you have to pace yourself, put it away a minute when you become overwhelmed, and then come back to it. Keep a notebook or files for each topic. That is helping me a lot, too. Welcome to Hubpages!!
One may learn techniques of link building and tagging. These are key to attracting traffic.
Welcome to the club. I'm new too !
I'm just starting to discover link building. My brain's going in circles. There's a lot of old and dated information on the internet.

Can anyone point me to a comprehensive article about how to use hubpages properly? I just don't want to mess up, as I understand that moderation is quite strict. Many thanks.

I have graduated from Boot Camp as my first five articles have been featured. There is a note that being featured is because of "quality ratings and search engine metrics." I seem to have mastered a skill without the faintest idea what it is. I would not know a search engine metric if one...
