Celebrating a pair of accolades! I've been writing just over 2 months here at hubpages now. It's been pretty fun learning how to promote your writing with social media and track with analytics.
Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great week to come!
Congrats on the views in 2 months! You've found a topic with a huge target audience. Your hubs look great and read well.
Congratulations, Jason. Great news, keep up the good work. Hope your week is great, too.
10k view in 2 months is impressive. What kind of work do you do in promoting your hubs?
Ive found appropriate places to plug a hub I've done such as at a game forum, or a yahoo answer. Joined a facebook or google group to promote. I've used reddit with some success but my site got blacklisted there because they want a 10:1 link ratio to block against self promotion. I'm making friends in social networking communities and here. I use pinterest, scoop, stumbleupon, digg. And I try to optimize my hubs for seo when I write to generate a keyword density for the topic I'm writing on.
In the long run I'm not sure it's all worth it but promoting itself was kind of fun. I should probably write up a hub about it come to think of it.
