I got a gripe with one of my hubs and it states to email the hubteam for help well I sent two emails and Im still waiting for a reply its been 4 days now Im starting to get a bit ticked off .
For most emails we respond within a day or two, perhaps a bit longer on weekends and holidays. The only email I see in the team box from your registered address is from June 2008. I can't really speculate what might have happened to the email you sent 4 days ago, but please double check that it is addressed to email@example.com, and resend it.
Yes, they do answer emails. Be patient, they're usually pretty on key with replying. Try emailing one of them directly.
The proper e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org
If you sent it there and didn't get a reply, you are also welcome
