Does the hubpages team answer emails ?

    I got a gripe   with one of my hubs   and  it  states to email the hubteam   for  help   well I sent two emails and Im still waiting for a reply  its been   4 days  now   Im starting to get a bit   ticked  off  .

      For most emails we respond within a day or two, perhaps a bit longer on weekends and holidays.  The only email I see in the team box from your registered address is from June 2008.   I can't really speculate what might have happened to the email you sent 4 days ago, but please double check that it is addressed to team@hubpages.com, and resend it.

    Yes, they do answer emails. Be patient, they're usually pretty on key with replying. Try emailing one of them directly.

      Maddie Ruud is one of them she replied to one of my mail. but I am not sure if writing directly to them is OK
