I first noticed some of my hubs were stolen and posted on rank08 when I checked "Links to your site" in Google Webmaster Tools. Thanks to Writer Fox and others, I think rank08 no longer has scraped hubs.

I have been spending part of the day sending emails to hubbers whoses content has been stolen. This website has stolen at LEAST 20 hubbers work (After emailing and talking to a lot of people I AM POSITIVE that this site is stealing from hubbers and NOT the other way around, maybe more. What I want to know is, since it is idle will the search engines view it as copied content if I publish it on my blog immediately?I would like my answer from people who are sure about this.

So I checked some of my better performing hubs that I published years ago and it says my content may have been stolen! I clicked the links and there are multiple websites that are just copy and pasting my paragraphs! They are plagiarizing my content! Some of these websites are foreign apparently...
