why have I been unable to get to hubpages from my samsung android's browser?
While, we have made some changes to better support mobile platforms, not all devices will have the same experience.
It looks like you are using Opera mini.
I would suggest a different browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Dolphin.
You may want to select the desktop version of the page from these browsers.
