You are no longer required to phone verify and may now publish articles.

My first post still required me to accept a call, which said that due to a technical difficulty it's not working. It now requires me to wait 24hrs because 'I tried too many times'? What now?

Unfortunately, it doesn't explain what I need to know.

It advises contacting staff. And there's an email address. That's what you need to know.

This is the message that appears “Something went wrong. Please try again. And when you get a chance, you may want to report this issue in the Hubpages forums”

Hi Tommy, I see you published your first article. It won't get featured until you replace the photos with some that are legal to use. You can't republish other people's photos without permission.

This article in the Learning Center will be helpful to you.

I'm very disappointed that new hubbers haven't got the patience to thoroughly read a single forum thread. What will they do when they need to do some actual research?

Tip: scroll to the top of the forum page and hit 'chronological'. That will put the posts in order and make them easier to read.

I fear they will do what most new writers nowadays do – turn to AI for research.
