If I make an edit/update to an EC hub, will that bump it off the EC list?
Hubs are only eligible to be Editor's Choice when featured, so if the Hub loses featured status as a result of an edit it would result in it not being an Editor's Choice.
That being said, if you have a featured Hub and edit it to update, clarify, or improve your Hub it is unlikely to then lose featured status as a result of that edit.

I had 11 Editors Choice hubs. I noticed today that I only have 10 of them now. I don't remember exactly which hub lost the EC status but I have a feeling it might be a hub that has become unfeatured due to engagement....

I just received an email congratulating me for one of my hubs being selected as "Editor's Choice". It didn't tell me which hub was selected however and I checked my stats and there is no new hub labelled...
