My newest hub has a status of "featured", and I saw it on hubpages home page. But with no change of status, I can no longer see it anywhere, sure it is not in search engine either.
I wonder what does it mean, what could be wrong (or not wrong), what should I take from this point?
Hope I don't have to delete and republish the same hub.
Thanks!
Happy thanksgiving!
You are right. Something is odd.
I plugged a string of your text into G. It showed up in the index. So far, so good.
But when I clicked it, it went to http://hubpages.com/topics/books-litera … 522?page=5 That is not good.
Let's hope it gets straightened out in the next day or so. It probably is just a time issue for G to digest things.
I published only two hubs, the first one is fine, the second one is not in google search at all, and it is not anywhere in the featured area on hubpages either. I am afraid something went wrong. If it is not something that I should bother the staff here for help, then I'd wait for a day or two to see what will happen. If it is a dead hub, I will delete it and repost it.
Thanks for the little comfort, regardless.

I have a hub that was not featured due to problems with quality. How do we know what the quality issue is? I read the rating chart and didn't seem to find anything wrong with the hub in question.

Currently a hub gets featured if it scores 6 or above overall (correct?). Although I understand some of the reasoning behind not showing detailed QAP scores, I think that splitting 'featured' into two:Featured (with a QAP score between six and eight)Featured (with a QAP score eight or over)would...

How Many of Your Hubs have been put into idle status?A few months ago one of my hubs went into idle and since that time several of my short hubs have transferred to idle.

I've been following the thread re: problems with the unfairness of idling hubs for low traffic. I went to FAQ and LC to find what criteria determines one getting idled. I couldn't find anything. I know it's obviously about low traffic but what is the measure? 1. Low traffic or no traffic for 30...
