One of my hubs has no icon in the featured column. I fail to understand why?
Can anyone enlighten me about this?
I believe that means that it is idle. If it were in the pending stage, it would have those green circling arrows. Maybe revising it, or even just tweaking the title, would get it active again. Good luck!
Not too long ago the hub pages changed the idled hub symbol from the sleeping Zzz's to a plain white space next to your hub on your hub list. The "H" inside of the black circle has replaced the little green dot for the feature hub symbol. I have a quick fix for you that will get your hubs back into the lime light again - http://goody5.hubpages.com/hub/Quick-fi … led-status They have also done away with the tag option for your hubs just in the past couple of days as well. Good luck to you, and I hope I was some help to you rajan jolly.
one of my good hubs also is unfeatured..dono why...i think we shud mail hubpages
I had faced similar problem recently, with one of my hub. I wrote to HP team. They advised me to do some editing---I did the same. My hub first went into pending status for around 24 hrs., then it got the featured status, that is, 'H'. Hope that will help.
Is there a listing for the hub with no icon, or is there nothing at all? Victoria is correct about the 'idle' hub status but if that is not the case then even if the photo from your hub is not showing your profile avatar should be.
Perhaps you do need to contact HP.
This hub has been idled and will remain so until you upgrade it or delete it.

Earlier today, all my hubs contained the "H" icon in the featured column, which means featured. Now two of my hubs have no icon at all, that space is completely empty. Does anyone know why?

I woke up this morning and one of my Hubs (Visiting Fort Myers Beach, Florida) was unFeatured. Normally, it's no mystery why a Hub is unFeatured, as the ones that fall into that category have no traffic. However this one has decent traffic. The traffic is not great by many...

Currently a hub gets featured if it scores 6 or above overall (correct?). Although I understand some of the reasoning behind not showing detailed QAP scores, I think that splitting 'featured' into two:Featured (with a QAP score between six and eight)Featured (with a QAP score eight or over)would...

I have only ever had one featured hub before but when I checked my account today I was shocked to find I have 13 in featured hubs due to low engagement. This is proof that traffic has fallen greatly. It's not just my lowest scoring hubs either..it is right across the board. Is anyone else...

What will cause a hub to not have the "featured" icon on a member's HP account screen? All but three of my published hubs show the "featured" icon on my HP account. Since two of them are seasonal, I can understand their not being featured (I suppose), but the other one is short...

I've been following the thread re: problems with the unfairness of idling hubs for low traffic. I went to FAQ and LC to find what criteria determines one getting idled. I couldn't find anything. I know it's obviously about low traffic but what is the measure? 1. Low traffic or no traffic for 30...
