Google Authorship:Add Rel="Author" tag with either real name or UserID

    Hubpages is adding hubbers' username as the author name in the  Rel="Author" tag. Since many hubbers  like me do not use the real name as username, we face problems such as our authorship information not showing up in the Google search result.

    I would request hubpages to give the hubbers the option of selecting either the real name or pen-name (username) to be included in the  Rel="Author" tag,

      Have you setup Google Authorship using the instructions in the FAQ?

        Hubpages is adding rel="author" tag with my user name, not with my real name.I have found the
        following information when I checked the source codes of my profile page.

        <div class="author_byline">
        by <a href="http://andromida.hubpages.com/" rel="author">andromida</a>

        I guess my username should be replaced by my real name.

    My experience has been that what shows up in search results is my G+ info. When you connect the two accounts it just makes your HP content show up in search results with the G+ info. The point of Google Authorship is to have a connection between your work and Google profile.
