Is there any way I can track which items have been ordered in the HP Amazon program? My report shows 15 items ordered but only 10 which have shipped. How can I find out which items have not yet shipped? I can only see the specific items that have shipped. The items that have been ordered are not specified; all I can see is that there are 15 of them. What am I doing wrong?
Good question - I'd like to know the answer to that.
I'd like to be able to see this too. Using regular Amazon, there is a report that shows you what was ordered before it is shipped. Would be nice to have that same info using the HP version if possible.
I'm also curious about how to accurately view our Amazon earnings balance. It does not appear with our ad program balance, I'm sure because payment is delayed another month. Will we see it there eventually?
If not, there is no section for the Amazon earnings pending (that I see), except for viewing the Amazon earnings report itself, which seems cumbersome particularly when/if items are returned. Would be nice to have a more obvious accounting of this.
Don't mean to complain. Overall I've been pretty happy with the switch to the HP Amazon program.

I have been keeping a close eye on my Amazon sales and shipments by displaying the Earnings Reports to show Amazon "All Time" and it shows that 10 items never were shipped yet. Seven (7) of those 10 items are pending shipment for over two weeks now, and maybe much longer. I can't...

I know it can take up to 7 days for an ordered product to be shipped out, and that Amazon does not show ordered product on earnings report until it is shipped out. My estimation is that it has been 7 days since product was ordered, but earnings report still does not show it. If somebody...

It was directly related to one of my hubs, and I'm sooo happy right now. It was only a rather cheap dvd though, so the commission is probably not too high. And how long does it take before you will know if an order is actually shipped and so you will get that commission?

Has anyone else noticed that they get orders that are not shipped out? I had 5 orders and only 1 was shipped out...does anyone know why.

Well yesterday I posted how I got my first Amazon sale. Today I see I got 3 more! However, I noticed it does not show any money, and they are marked as ordered but not shipped. Does this mean you don't get credited for the sale until they ship?

Okay, I just checked my Amazon report and it indicates that the total number of items shipped is 115. On the next line it says that I can increase my referral rate to 7% by referring one more item. The Performance Fee Structure indicates that 7% starts at 111 items. Why, then, is it...
