You need to write search friendly articles in order to increase your organic traffic. As far as I see you only have 6 hubs. You need to increase that.

When creating a hub you need to think about what people search for on the internet. Will they search fro your topic?

Seasonal or yearly hubs need to be updated. You have a hub on bike of the year 2013. We are now in 2014. Not much people will be searching for bike from 2013, they'll want to know the latest model which is 2014 - 2015

Your latest hub on finding a place to write and earn, will never really get you traffic from outside unless you title it as a money making hub.

How about adjusting the title for the Indian elections hub to "India Elections 2014: What You Should Know". That entire hub is in quotation which implies that your are quoting someone else and the text isn't original. You should consider removing the quotes and using separate text capsules for each point.  You should also consider removing the numbers and just stick with the subheadings. Use the subtitles for the capsules. You can't use a numbering system and miss a number or people wont take you seriously.

Start with those adjustments and we will see about the other hubs.

Add links to your hubs I've put some links on my hubs and traffic has increased.  Link to sites around the center of the page the ones on top of the page are usually paid for and rank low

I would say keep writing good quality hubs with good content and be more active around the forums.  This would be a good start!

Fairchild- I'm a newbie. What do you mean by "more active" around the forums and what does that accomplish? Thanks!

More active is visiting the forum where the Hub Community hangs out.  And participate in discussions, hop a hub,  And basically ask profound questions.   I'm sure you will enjoy it.

        Happy Hubbing ;-)

Don't worry traffic will come. Here are some tips which I use to get some decent traffic to my hubs.

    1) Choose a certain topic which you will write the majority of your hubs around(sports, politics, cooking, etc). I write about sports so I'm able to link many of my hubs together.

    2) Use social media. They allow you to reach millions of people and all it takes is 10 seconds for you to leave the link. Stumbleupon is good for 4-10 views after you submit the link. Facebook and Twitter will get you some looks but don't count on them for large traffic. My favorite is Google +.
I have a couple of articles which quickly went to the front page of Google shortly after submitting it.

    3) Be active on Hubpages. When you are first starting out it may take time to get good traffic from Google. So concentrate on engaging with others through forums, question, following, etc.

One way to increase traffic is to set up Google Authorship in your account. Readers are more likely to click on your article when they see your photo/identity next to the search results. Here is a HubPages article on the subject: http://hubpages.com/hub/complete-google … irections.
