  Remote Audio Ads?

  I just visited a hub. As I began to scroll down, I heard an audio (sounded like Italian) playing. I thought it may have been a video capsule but found it was an ad playing at the bottom of the hub. Is this what's happening now?

  Turning Off Ads on Articles to Boost Ranking

  Would this work or is ranking predominately determined by a network site's rating? Would it help get more traffic so that backlinks would potentially be more likely to be produced pointing to an article, then ads could be turned back on again later?

  ads on every page????

  Is it just me or is everyone else getting ads showing up on every page (even this one) There is a banner ad showing up just under the Hubpages header and under the ad there is a notice -ads not by this site-
