I checked our email system and the last message I see sent from your account was April 5th and a reply was sent on the 7th.

How and when did you contact us?
If via email, please let us know the email address to which it was sent as well as when.
As of this message, we are currently unaware of any issues receiving email.

They are usually not here on weekends.  Wait until Monday or Tuesday for them to get to your email and send an answer.

I am trying to find out how I violated the google TOS.  I applied for AdSense & that is what it says.  I read the TOS and have no idea what I would have violated in any of my hubs.  Can you help?

Erin, you've been with HubPages for two days and have 6 Hubs.  You are not yet meeting AdSense's conditions for acceptance.  Or as they like to say, you are in violation of their TOS.

I suggest you actually read their terms, as it's super important to know what they say.  It is a legal contract/agreement after all...

Thanks.  I did spend a lot of time reading through material.  I was confused because I didn't see anything about a minimum amount of hubs.  I was thinking it was more something unacceptable, or offensive.
        Thanks for reaching out.

There isn't a minimum number of Hubs because AdSense's conditions are based on what they want (an established web presence), not on how this site operates.  They want to see you making quality web content that engages the reader and shows the potential to earn them money.  When they see that, they'll accept you.
