I successfully linked my Adsense account with Hubpages. I even get to see the reports in AdSense. But when I check Hubpages earnings, it says I have not activated Hubpages Earnings that contains three options: eBay, Amazon, and something else that I can't recall at the moment.
Last I checked, the Amazon thing was not available for India. So, if I do not add or am unable to add one of those three options, will my Earnings not be activated? Please help.
You can earn on HubPages with AdSense only, or with the HubPages Earnings Program. You don't need to be an Amazon or eBay affiliate to sign up for the HubPages Earnings Program. You just need a PayPal account and a tax document. Here's how to sign up: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/hubp … am-and-ads

Even though I tried to associate my Google adsense account with hubpages earnings program, the Ad program, eBay program and Amazon program are still inactive. However, my external affiliate settings are active. Why is it so?

Do you have to be approved for AdSense to be active in HubPages Earnings program?I am not yet approved for Google AdSense due to lack of content (I only have 1 Hub so far). However, I completed the form for the HubPages Earnings Program, yet it is still listed as not being active. ...

Currently I'm signed up with Google Adsense and I've been debating whether I should sign up for the Hubpages Earning Program because I'm hesitant to give out my tax information. Or should I worry about this only after I have a decent amount of traffic coming to my hubs?

I used to think that impressions equals earnings; why do I continue to see a big fat zero in my account despite having a few impressions in my earnings report?
