It has been on my mind for a while now, but HP should have banners ready for those that want to promote it. It would look better if I put a banner on my blog/website than a simple link.
And that we would have "right" to use the HP logo, and don't have to fear of getting banned if we use it without notifying HP.
Honestly, I still have no idea if I can put the HP logo on a website without getting (me or the guy that owns the website) an email saying we used copyrighted material.
There are images available and listed in the FAQ here.
We also have an affiliate program that is intended for authors to promote HubPages on other sites. It allows you to earn 10% of the Hub impressions from users you refer to HubPages.
You can find more about that program here.

Yesterday I read a thread that pointed out an HP term pertaining to self promotion. At a quick read over it seemed to suggest that self promotion is banned here. Does this mean social media too or what does it exactly mean...? I read the page the link went to and didn't fully...

Hi Matt. When HP moved all subdomains back to the main domain, I expected EC banners would be restored to hubs that previously held them (before choosing to opt out of EC and keep all hubs within subdomains.) So far, no sign of them. Is this a technical issue? Banners used to be restored, but...
