Internal hub links when viewed on a mobile don't work

    Hello there!
I wanted to add internal links to my hub which I managed to do by reading another forum thread that said to search for the div and image ids in the page source and then link to them.  This worked brilliantly when I tested it out on my computer but once I published the hub and checked it on my mobile phone none of them work.  They just take you to the top of the hub.  Does anyone know if there is another way to go about this so it works for mobiles as well as computers?  If not I think I ought to take them out completely as it will just be an irritation for anyone viewing via their phone.  I was using an iphone 5 by the way, perhaps they might work on other smartphones.

Did you rearrange the Hub at all after making the table of contents?  If so, that breaks all the links.

Otherwise, making anchor links works just fine for me, mobile device or otherwise.

I didn't rearrange anything but maybe it's just my phone as I looked on the hub you wrote about 10 mistakes hubbers make and it does the exact same thing when I click on the internal links, i.e. just takes me to the top of the article!  Strange.

What browser are you running on your phone?  You might try an alternate and see if it does any better.

I was using safari.  I just downloaded chrome to my phone and they do work on that.  I also checked my Mum's iphone which runs safari and the links don't work properly on that either so does that basically mean anyone browsing with safari on their phone or ipad will have defunct links?

You've posted this in a community thread, I suggest you report it in the Technical Problems forum which is monitored by staff so they can action it.

Right, thanks, will do.  This was my first HubPages forum thread so wasn't exactly sure how to go about it!
